Hope/My Thoughts And Feelings

I received a personal email from Hope yesterday asking for help.  Now I'd like to ask everyone else to please stop by and offer your support and encouragement as well.  Hope suffers from bi-polar and last week was at a very low place.  She isn't out of the water, yet, and I know that she could use a big infusion of J-Land warmth.  Thank you!
